- In order to guide you through our website, we use “cookies” to gather information about our visitors and direct them to where they want to go.
- We use your email addresses to send your recipes, updates and sales!
Shipping & Delivery
After we have received and processed your payment in full, your package will be shipped out within 1 business day. Although we take extra precaution to ensure your package is delivered safely and with no damage to it, we cannot guarantee that it will arrive in perfect condition due to the Postal Service conditions. Once the package has been updated as delivered by the shipping carrier, risk of damages to, or loss of the item passes to the recipient.
CHERRISH ensures the delivery of the product to the address submitted at the time of purchase. Should the customer fail to give the correct address to CHERRISH, subsidiaries or delivery services shall be in no way liable or required to issue a resend or refund. CHERRISH does not take responsibility for stolen packages once they have been labeled “Delivered” by the post office carrier. If your package has been stolen please seek information from our Customer Service Team.
Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO Addresses and INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: These are a bit further away, we cannot deliver but you may order www.amazon.com/Cherrish.

Cancellation and Return Policy
If you wish to cancel your order, you must submit a cancellation notice immediately. Our CHERRISH Shipping Team work incredibly fast to make sure that you get your product as soon as possible!
- You must send us a cancellation notice within two hours of your order to ensure that we have not already shipped it out! Your order will only be refunded if you have sent us your cancellation notice within this time. All cancellation notices can be emailed to CHERRISH@CHERRISH.net with the subject Order Cancellation.
- If your package has been delivered in an unsatisfactory condition, you have 12 business days to send us an email explaining and showing through the use of a picture, that the product has been compromised.
- Refunds will not be made after the product has been shipped and sent to the address that the customer has specified on their order. CHERRISH ensures the delivery of the product to the address submitted at the time of purchase. Should the customer fail to give the correct address to CHERRISH or delivery services shall be in no way liable or required to issue a resend or refund.
- CHERRISH does not promise or guarantee any specific result or effect from using our products. CHERRISH shall be obligated to ensure the product is safe and meets the satisfactory conditions up until the point of delivery. Dissatisfaction with the results of the product will not be grounds for a refund.
- If you change your mind or are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order, within 30 days of purchase to our warehouse for a full refund. Please note, that returns must be unopened and new condition and in the original packaging. CHERRISH is not responsible for refunding shipping charges on returns/refunds, nor can CHERRISH provide pre-made shipping labels. CHERRISH Monthly Subscription Program
No more, hassle of ordering online every time you need more CHERRISH! Just subscribe to our monthly service and your CHERRISH will arrive to your doorstep every month! With your CHERRISH Subscription Program, you will be automatically enrolled in the CHERRISH monthly service for the following products.
- Credit card holder’s account is automatically charged on the same date as the original transaction date on each corresponding month or on final date of month if no corresponding date (January 31, 2017 subscription renews on February 28, 2017).
- Discounts, rebates or other special offers only valid for initial term; subscriptions renew at the then-current full subscription rates.
- CHERRISH may terminate the subscription and these terms if it is unable to renew the subscription based on inaccurate or outdated credit card information.
- Right of access granted under these Terms is effective only upon payment of the subscription fees.
- CHERRISH may increase subscription fees for a subsequent subscription period at any time and for any reason, provided, however, that CHERRISH provides notice at least thirty (30) calendar days prior to the expiration of the subscription.
- You can cancel your subscription from your account profile page.
- The only valid method for canceling your Plan is via the cancellation link provided on your user “dashboard” page, accessible after logging in to the CHERRISH Website. Requests to cancel by e-mail or phone are not considered, and do not accomplish, cancellation.
- Once you cancel your membership subscription, you will not lose access immediately.
- Your membership will continue through the end of your current charge cycle.
- Subscription fees are non-refundable; except that you may cancel renewed subscription by contacting CHERRISH within two (2) calendar days after renewal date and receive a full refund of the new subscription fees.

CHERRISH promises to never release your personal information to other organizations for the purpose of marketing, communication or sales without the customer’s prior agreement.
